To start, an Innersight engineer converts the uploaded input CT/MRI into a 3D image segmentation of the scan. This initial segmentation is then edited and validated by our experienced team to ensure correctness. The clinician then receives this preliminary segmentation and validates it and can also make or request further edits. Finally, once the segmentation is deemed to be accurate by the clinician, a 3D model is generated using a standard 3D meshing algorithm.
